VEGA-3311 cho phép mã hóa và giải mã HEVC, AVC, MPEG2 thời gian thực 1-ch 4K UltraHD (2160p60) và 4-ch FHD (1080p60). Nó đặc biệt phù hợp với truyền 4K UltraHD mà yêu cầu dung lượng truyền phát cao hơn nhiều. VEGA-3311 được thiết kế để xử lý media chuyên nghiệp và có khả năng thực hiện mã hóa và giải mã HEVC cấu hình 4Kp60 Main10 cấp độ chuyên nghiệp ở mức tiêu thụ điện năng dưới 35W. VEGA-3311 adapter còn có tính năng ghi video 4K trên các đầu vào video 4-ch SDI-3G hoặc 1-ch SDI-12G hoặc mini-HDMI tích hợp để mã hóa dựa trên thu nhận và đầu ra video SDI-3G 4-ch để thu nhận giải mã dựa trên quy trình đóng góp. VEGA-3311 cũng có thể hỗ trợ truyền độ trễ thấp các video không nén hoặc nén nhẹ qua các mạng IP tiêu chuẩn theo tiêu chuẩn của ngành. VEGA-3311 có simple-to-use API và mẫu code cho các multimedia framework FFmpeg và GStreamer để hợp lý hóa việc phát triển sản phẩm và tích hợp chúng vào các ứng dụng hiện có.
